简介：During a blistering summer, the broken air conditioner traps Becca upstairs with the one man she should never want—her stepbrother. With their mother just a creaking staircase away, every stolen look and accidental touch drags them closer to a line they can’t afford to cross. What starts as a simple repair spirals into a dangerous game of temptation, secrets, and forbidden desire. In a house where they must pretend nothing is happening, resisting each other may be the hardest thing they’ve ever done.
