简介：On her 18th wedding anniversary, housewife Erin Vance walks in on her husband Derek—a star divorce lawyer—cheating with her best friend Sofia. Humiliated by Derek, betrayed by Sofia, and coldly dismissed by her daughter Mia, Erin is thrown out of the house with nothing. Desperate and broke, she turns to an old acquaintance, Gavin Bower, whose loan company helps her get back on her feet. By winning a wild high-stakes race, she secures the seed money to enter the “Miss Intercontinental” competition. On that stage, Erin relies on her styling talent and unshakable grit to rise again: she not only defeats Sofia, but also exposes bribed judges and Sofia’s bullying scandal, ultimately claiming the crown. Throughout, Gavin is her quiet but strongest supporter—secretly the president of K Group, the competition’s sole sponsor. He keeps his identity hidden so Erin can truly stand on her own. After her victory, Erin becomes K Group’s global spokesperson. Refusing to accept defeat, Derek and Sofia attempt to hand Mia over to a wealthy businessman at a charity gala in exchange for benefits, but their plan is foiled by Erin and Gavin. Cornered and unhinged, Derek kidnaps Erin intending to die with her and destroy everything. At the critical moment, a remorseful Mia turns to Gavin for help; Gavin rescues Erin, while Derek commits suicide in front of his daughter. Sofia later gets into a car accident after a heated argument with Derek. Having escaped death, Erin not only achieves career success but also regains her dignity and self-worth. She forgives Mia and chooses to raise her to be independent. In the evening glow by the sea—the place where she and Gavin first met as teenagers—Gavin confesses his love once more. This time, Erin accepts him wholeheartedly, and they begin a brand‑new chapter together.
