简介：After three years of marriage, Penny is blindsided by the ultimate betrayal from her husband, Elliot, and her best friend, Viola. Elliot begins to suspect Penny isn’t the woman who once saved his life. While she’s desperately trying to pay for her mother’s medical bills, Penny is kidnapped and brutally disfigured. Though Elliot foots the bill for her reconstructive surgery, he coldly demands a divorce and forces her to work as a waitress at Buckingham, a shady men’s club, where she endures constant harassment from clients and lives under his tight control. Her only source of warmth in this hellish life is Fay, a tough yet kind-hearted friend. When Viola discovers their bond, she murders Fay, burns Buckingham to erase all traces, and threatens both sets of parents to keep Penny from testifying. Believing the nightmare is over, Penny lets her guard down—only to find the torment has just begun. To cut her off completely, Viola murders Penny’s ailing parents and nearly kills Nelson, the sole heir of the Ford family. Pushed past her limit and realizing that silent endurance only invites more cruelty, Penny stakes everything on one last gamble. She joins forces with Nelson to execute a ruthless, no-return revenge against Elliot and Viola.
