简介：U.S. nuclear medicine professor Charlie Clare gives up his career for his family, only to be slowly sidelined as his wife and daughter grow closer to his rival, Isaac. Wounded by their coldness, Charlie leaves for the Unicorn Project, a groundbreaking program he created as his life’s work to cure his daughter’s rare neuro-skeletal birthmark. When they finally reunite years later, his wife and daughter still misunderstand and reject him, and in their resentment they destroy everything Charlie left behind. Only after the truth emerges do they realize what he sacrificed for them—but by then, it is already too late.
