简介：Ever since her parents remarried, Becca has resented her stepbrother, Samir. For two years, she’s blamed him for the family, home, and life she lost. But when a scorching heatwave kills the AC, they’re trapped alone in a house that’s too hot—and far too close. As Samir struggles to fix the broken unit, simmering anger turns into lingering touches. The line between hate and desire begins to blur, and Becca must finally face the truth: the man she’s never allowed herself to want may be the one she can’t walk away from.
