简介：In the snowbound valley town of Frostwood, isolation and secrets go hand in hand. One day, four complete strangers receive the same unexpected letter: an invitation to the reading of Eleanor Winters’ will. None of them realizes their lives are about to be rewritten. Eleanor, the wealthy, reclusive owner of the town’s only inn, has left the sprawling, timeworn lodge to all four of them—on one unsettling condition: they must live together under its creaking roof for three full weeks, and if anyone walks out before time is up, the entire inheritance is lost. Lila Monroe, a quiet bookstore owner, sees this as her chance to finally break free from the shadows of her past. Disillusioned journalist Alex Reed is determined to dig into the strange circumstances of Eleanor’s “death.” Jules Carter, a struggling artist hunting for inspiration, hides a growing fear of an uncertain future. And Nina Winters, Eleanor’s fiery niece, is set on uncovering the truths her aunt took to the grave. As the snow piles higher outside, pressure builds inside the inn. Old wounds are reopened, hidden agendas surface, and simmering tensions collide. Yet in the long, frozen nights, fragile connections form: some hearts are drawn together, while others quietly turn to resentment. The house itself seems to watch and whisper, its eerie groans and icy drafts guiding them to concealed rooms, cryptic messages, and buried fragments of Eleanor’s past. Piece by piece, the mystery behind her life—and the real reason they were brought to Frostwood—emerges from beneath the snow.
