When Evelyn is struck by a severe allergic reaction, he locks her in a room and ignores her desperate cries, costing her their unborn child. Heartbroken, she walks away from the marriage and starts over at her best friend’s architecture firm. Months later, on the love-lock bridge where they once pledged forever, Edward appears at the edge, threatening to jump unless she forgives him.
