After unifying the six kingdoms, Qin Shi Huang, in his quest for immortality, dispatched his trusted general Qin Tian to the remote southwestern frontier, to the Ma Yang tribe of the Pu people, in search of the mysterious Danxin. The treacherous Zhao Gao, aiming to install Hu Hai on the throne, devised a sinister plot. He ordered descendants of the six kingdoms to steal the cinnabar, intending to destroy both Qin Tian and the Danxin in one fell swoop. The stern and formidable Qin Tian, during his mission to retrieve the cinnabar, forms deep bonds with Bai Yan, an honest and brave young warrior of the Ma Yang tribe, and Hong Sha, a lively and beautiful girl. He is deeply touched by the warmth of the Ma Yang tribe and becomes a true member of the community from the bottom of his heart.
