Synopsis：Billionaire Derek Wolf is on the brink of death and secretly arranges for elite surgeon Shaun to rush a donor kidney to him on a private jet. The flight is delayed by Kim and her daughter Jessica, who also happens to be the fiancée of Derek’s grandson. After takeoff, Kim suddenly suffers a heart attack. Shaun manages to save her with CPR, but in the process breaks several of her ribs. Instead of being grateful, Jessica demands a humiliating apology from Shaun and threatens to destroy the donor organ if he refuses. Cornered, Shaun reveals the truth: the kidney is destined for Derek Wolf himself. Jessica doesn’t believe him—until she smashes open the cooler in anger and sees the label with the recipient’s name: Derek Wolf, her own fiancé’s grandfather.
