Synopsis：On their wedding day, John’s fiancée Samantha gets cold feet and disappears, leaving John to collapse in heartbreak and be rushed to the hospital. There he meets Lucy, the doctor who treats him and gradually mends his shattered heart as they grow closer outside the hospital. Months later, a bruised and battered Samantha suddenly appears in John’s apartment. After Lucy treats her at the clinic and asks who she is, John lies and says they’re just friends. Once Lucy leaves, Samantha insists she still wants to be his bride—but John is now engaged to Lucy. Torn between past and present, John confides in his best friend Felix, unaware that Felix has secretly fallen for Lucy since visiting John in the hospital. Will Felix stand by his friend, or follow his own heart? And will John take Samantha back, or stay with Lucy?
