Synopsis：After solving a major transnational case, criminal police officers Shen Jiaming, Wu Yan, and Kang Ye became entangled in a series of mysterious deaths. The first victim, Sun Chenggang, died in a car accident under suspicious circumstances, followed by the death of a woman named Kong Sisi. The police discovered that both victims were connected to the hospital's organ donation system, drawing in organ donation coordinator Mi Fang, doctor Ma Yuru, and siblings Luo Yongjun and Luo Ailian who were waiting for organ transplants. As the officers pursued the killer separately, a third potential victim was in imminent danger. Wu Yan raced against time to prevent a high-altitude murder, only to find that the real culprit was hiding in the most unexpected place.
