Synopsis：A train carrying dreamers of fortune to Shanghai suddenly derails and plunges off a cliff. Wu Tian, Hui Xin, Officer Han, and a group of survivors narrowly escape death, only to be swarmed by countless centipedes. They flee into a sparsely populated and eerie mountain village. Under the full moon at midnight, the eccentric village chief, wielding a golden smoking pipe, develops murderous intent toward the band of stranded survivors, each harboring their own hidden agendas. Hordes of centipedes pour out of hiding, and giant centipedes begin a massacre in the village.
