Danpei Ichigeki, the "Flame Dodgeball Kid" who once caused a sensation in the dodgeball world, now, over 30 years later, his daughter -- Danco -- is creating a new legend... The Kyūsen Elementary School dodgeball club, which also served as the middle school's dodgeball club, was forced to disband after Danpei's era due to numerous injuries. Danco and her friend Chinko try to petition the principal to revive the club, but are flatly rejected. However, Danco is not one to give up easily! The two begin recruiting members and encounter Mochiko, a surprisingly flexible boy popular among girls; Suzy-senpai, a returnee with all-around athletic ability; and Hani Isoroku, a cool girl who manipulates the latest technology -- gaining a team full of unique personalities!
