Synopsis：During the Sino-Japanese War, brothers Ming Tai (agent "Venomous Scorpion") and Ming Lou (a spy infiltrated in the collaborationist government) operate in Shanghai. Ming Tai, initially disillusioned with the Kuomintang, is recruited by Cheng Jinyun and becomes a double agent for the Chinese Communist Party. After the sacrifice of his partner, he successfully carries out a disinformation operation against the Japanese. In the end, the Ming brothers join forces to eliminate a Japanese spy.
